A glimpse of your evening

How the evening flows.

19:00

Otoshi

Guests take their seats at the counter, and the first cup of sake is poured in silence — the welcome, before anyone speaks.

Three cuts of seasonal fish, sliced fresh to order, arrive on the chilled slate.

20:10

Yakitori

The skewers lie over the charcoal, smoke rises, and the room fills with scent.

20:50

The bowls are built, the noodles cook for ninety seconds, and for a moment, everyone falls silent.

Atmosphere

Sakura yoru, a cherry blossom night.

This Event Concept is a small izakaya on a side street: paper lanterns swaying, the clink of ceramics, steam from a pot that never empties. You sit at the counter and let the chef decide.

The food moves from cold and clear to grilled and smoky to warm and fortifying, the rhythm of a Japanese evening where restraint is a form of generosity. Every plate is just enough.

Six seats, a counter, one long, slow night. Pour the first cup before anyone speaks.
