French Bistro
A Parisian bistro evening
What you get
A glimpse of your evening
Guests arrive, and the first champagne is poured standing, alongside warm gougères — the sparkle, the warmth, the evening beginning.
Everyone takes a seat, and the silken velouté with crisp croutons comes to the table — the course that grounds the room.
The duck breast, sliced pink, with bigarade sauce and a glass of Pinot Noir — the course that nails the evening.
The cheese board with baguette, fig jam and a glass of Côtes du Rhône — the savory pause that lets the wine breathe before the sweet.
The tarte tatin, warm and golden, with crème fraîche and a glass of Calvados — and the conversation that no longer hurries.

Atmosphere
This Event Concept is a small bistro in Le Marais: bare stone walls, a bartender who pours without asking, and the scent of butter and thyme. Champagne, duck, cheese, caramel. No tourist Paris. Just city, night, flavor.
The menu moves from bright and sparkling to earthy and savory to cheese and caramel, the arc of a Parisian evening where elegance is a form of restraint. Every course is precise, never loud. The playlist is chanson and jazz, the table dark and warm.
Six seats, tall candles, one long night. Pour the first champagne before anyone sits down. Let the candles do the work.
