Atmosphere
Nordisk natt, a Nordic night, deep in winter.
Outside, the snow holds the world still. Inside, a low table glows in candlelight, and the food warms from within: smoke, salt, root, berry.
This is edible hygge: five unhurried courses that lean into the cold rather than against it. The playlist is quiet, the table simple, the conversation long.
