How the evening flows.

Bienvenida

Guests arrive, and the first mezcal is served chilled and standing, with a slice of pink grapefruit — smoke, acid, the evening waking up.

20:30

Crudo

Everyone takes a seat, the tuna crudo arrives on the tostada, and a glass of Sauvignon Blanc makes the bite even brighter.

21:10

Mole

The short rib in deep mole negro, with a glass of Tempranillo — the course that fills the room with smoke and warmth.

21:50

Calle

Grilled corn with cotija and chili, a glass of rosé — the loud, warm course that brings the street to the table.

22:30

Dark chocolate with a whisper of chili, a last mezcal, and the night goes on.

Atmosphere

Noche en México, a night in Roma Norte, candlelight over dark ceramics.

This Event Concept is a small restaurant in Roma Norte: bare brick walls, a bartender who knows what you drink before you say it, and a plate that is loud without trying. Mezcal, lime, chili, agave. No sombrero, no fiesta. Just city, night, flavor.

The menu moves from clear and acidic to smoky and deep to chocolate and chili, the arc of an evening in a city that never truly sleeps. Every course has warmth but never loudness. The playlist is quiet cumbia and bolero, the table dark and structured.

Six seats, low chairs, one long night. Pour the first mezcal before anyone sits down. Let the candles do the work.
